**KRA of a Receptionist**
- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain visitor records/logbook
- Manage front office cleanliness and aesthetics
- **Call and Communication Handling**:

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain records of all communications when necessary
- **Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings
- Coordinate with staff and departments for meeting rooms or requirements
- Manage the reception calendar or booking system
- **Administrative Support**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers
- Monitor and maintain office supplies at the reception
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management as needed
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve visitor or caller queries
- Escalate concerns to the appropriate person or department
- Ensure a welcoming and efficient front-office experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
