**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Manage the front office, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and schedules.
- Support administration tasks such as booking meetings, coordinating with vendors, and handling office supplies.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Provide support in HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee attendance records.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Gender**: Female preferred
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 to 5 years in a similar role
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English (spoken and written)
- **Skills**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
