**Urgent Requirement**
We are looking for a smart and talented **Receptionist**to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be in charge of giving information about to various spare parts of computer/laptops and mobile phones. Attending phone calls and giving information on call to customers.
**Receptionist Job Responsibilities**:
- Giving information to customers about mobile and laptop repair related queries and guiding location directions to customers.
- Organize the reception area while complying with office procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Keep a record of office supply inventory and expenses.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent time-management skills
- Works well with others and can multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Great attention to detail
