**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a professional, courteous, and efficient receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our company, the receptionist should create a positive first impression and ensure smooth operation of front desk activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure cleanliness and order at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room calendars.
- Coordinate with internal teams for queries or visitor requirements.
- Handle basic inquiries and refer them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain inventory of front desk supplies and reorder when necessary.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Polite and confident with a professional attitude.
- Graduate preferred, though not mandatory depending on experience.
- Fluency in English, and knowledge of local/regional languages is a plus.
