Our company is growing rapidly and is looking for a receptionist / administrativeassistant. To join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.
**Responsibilities for receptionist / administrative**:assistantEnsure the office is presentable to visitorsRespond to switchboard and reception callsInteract with all Agency staff and greet and provide information to visitorsCompile, complete and submit expense reportsArrange complex and detailed travel plans for domestic and internationaltravelManage electronic calendarsBook and coordinate conference room meetings and seminarsBack up Administrative / Executive staff as neededCreate and edit documents, records and reportsDeliver mail and packages and handle shipment and messenger delivery ofpackages
**Qualifications for receptionist / administrative assistant**:
Assist with administrative projects as neededPrevious Windows experienceHighly organized, with a structured approach to managing workloads, dealingwith issues, prioritizing activitiesA flexible attitude to working hoursAnswer telephones, screen/direct calls, take messages, and assist callers in aprofessional and accommodating telephone manner
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
