
Receptionist/administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- **Greeting Visitors**: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- **Phone Management**: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing correspondence (both electronic and paper).
- **Scheduling**: Manage and update appointment calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- **Mail Handling**: Sort and distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing mail.
- **Office Supplies**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the office is well-stocked.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.\
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Typically, a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is often required.
