**Job Title**: Administration Receptionist - Overseas Office

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)
**Working Hours**: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of all walk-in and phone enquiries
- Enter and update client information in the CRM system
- Manage office data and documentation efficiently
- Ensure punctuality and discipline in day-to-day tasks
- Support the team in administrative and coordination work

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate or Graduation (Both accepted)
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage
- Good communication skills (Minimum required)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
- Punctual, disciplined, and polite in behavior
