**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and highly organized **Receptionist** to join our Hair and Skin Clinic. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive customer experience, managing front desk operations, and supporting the clinic’s day-to-day functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Schedule and confirm appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
- Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality.
- Manage client check-in/check-out process, including taking payments and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with dermatologists, hair specialists, aestheticians, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Promote and upsell clinic services and products where appropriate.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
- Handle client feedback, concerns, or complaints calmly and professionally.
- Track inventory of brochures, business cards, and front-desk supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed (e.g., data entry, reporting).

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk staff in a clinic, salon, or spa is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent grooming and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking software (e.g., Fresha, MindBody, or similar).
- Fluent in [local language] and English (spoken and written).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
