**Responsibilities**:Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in English Literature and Language to senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12) based on the CBSE/ICSE/State Board syllabus.
- Teach key aspects of the English curriculum, including prose, poetry, drama, essay writing, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Foster critical thinking and analytical skills by introducing students to diverse literary genres and in-depth text analysis.
- Encourage creativity and proficiency in writing through assignments like essays, reports, and creative writing projects.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback and individual attention to help students improve in weak areas.
- Prepare students for board exams by conducting revision classes, practice tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.

**Student Mentorship and Guidance**:

- Mentor students in building their communication, reading, and writing skills for academic and extracurricular purposes.
- Guide students for national and international-level competitions like debates, creative writing contests, Model United Nations (MUN), and public speaking events.
- Help students develop an appreciation for English literature and language through book discussions, storytelling, and drama activities.

**Classroom and Behavior Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive and disciplined classroom environment that fosters learning.
- Encourage active participation in discussions and group activities to enhance peer learning.

**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to align lesson plans with institutional goals.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance and areas for improvement.

**Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with new teaching techniques, trends in English literature, and educational technologies.
- Attend professional development programs, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance teaching skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
