**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Delivery**:

- Prepare engaging lesson plans and instructional materials for English language and literature courses.
- Deliver lessons covering both written and spoken English, literature, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills.
- Use diverse teaching strategies and resources to accommodate different learning styles.
- **Curriculum Management**:

- Integrate various educational tools, multimedia, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Ensure the curriculum is taught effectively within the academic year.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and conduct regular assessments, quizzes, tests, and exams to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on student assignments, projects, and class participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and development.
- Prepare students for board exams (if applicable) by focusing on exam patterns, time management, and writing techniques.
- **Student Support and Mentorship**:

- Assist students in developing strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
- Provide extra help and guidance to students who need additional support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage active participation and learning.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a respectful learning environment.
- Organize and manage classroom activities, projects, and discussions effectively.
- **Parent and Staff Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents about student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and contribute to the development of the school’s educational programs.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in English teaching and education in general.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and courses to improve teaching methodologies.
- Engage in self-reflection to assess and improve teaching practices.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
