**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Teach English literature and language to students in grades 11 and 12.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards.
- Use diverse teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles and levels.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans covering prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills.
- Prepare teaching materials, including worksheets, assignments, and presentations.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Create and grade tests, quizzes, and assignments.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to improve their language skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Foster a culture of respect and inclusivity in the classroom.
- **Skill Enhancement**:

- Focus on developing students' critical thinking, reading comprehension, and communication skills.
- Encourage creative writing, debates, and public speaking.
- **Student Mentorship**:

- Act as a mentor, guiding students in their academic and personal growth.
- Support students in preparing for board exams and competitive tests.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with advancements in teaching methodologies and educational technology.
- Attend workshops and training sessions as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
