**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the learning needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, group work, and multimedia, to make the content interesting and accessible.
- Incorporate real-world examples and current events to make lessons relevant to students' lives.
- **Curriculum Development and Planning**:

- Plan and adapt the curriculum based on students’ needs, abilities, and interests.
- Create and update teaching resources, including visual aids, presentations, and assignments.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and order in the classroom while fostering a positive learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in class discussions.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
- Handle classroom activities, discussions, and group projects efficiently.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate students' academic progress through regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Grade and provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams.
- Track students' academic progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Prepare students for board exams, internal assessments, and other academic evaluations.
- **Student Support and Mentorship**:

- Provide additional support to students who need help understanding the material.
- Offer guidance to students for academic improvement and career choices in Social Science fields.
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions as needed.
- **Co-Curricular Activities**:

- Participate in organizing and coordinating extracurricular activities such as debates, model United Nations (MUN), exhibitions, field trips, and social awareness programs.
- Encourage students to engage in activities that enhance their understanding of social issues, history, politics, and economics.
- **Parent-Teacher Interaction**:

- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic performance and other concerns.
- **Professional Development**:

- Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration to improve curriculum and teaching methods.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
