**Key Responsibilities:1. Lesson Planning and Delivery**
- Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive English lessons, covering grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literature as per the curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, IB, or state board).
- Teach prescribed literary texts, including novels, poems, and plays, encouraging in-depth analysis and discussion.
- Design interactive lessons to develop students’ critical thinking, creative writing, and effective communication skills.

**2. Assessment and Evaluation**
- Prepare students for internal exams, board exams, and competitive entrance tests where applicable.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and share updates with parents and school management.

**3. Classroom Management**
- Establish a well-disciplined, respectful, and collaborative learning environment.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in literary discussions, debates, and public speaking activities.
- Manage classroom resources effectively, including books, digital tools, and multimedia.

**4. Individualized Student Support**
- Identify and address the learning needs of individual students, including advanced learners and those requiring additional support.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help students develop confidence in their language skills.

**5. Professional Development**
- Stay updated with changes in curriculum, teaching methodologies, and literary trends.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance teaching effectiveness.

**6. Collaboration and Extracurricular Involvement**
- Coordinate with other teachers to ensure interdisciplinary learning.
- Organize and participate in school events such as debates, literary competitions, or drama productions.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to address student concerns and achievements.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
