Key Responsibilities:

- **Curriculum Planning and Lesson Delivery**:

- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources, including lectures, discussions, multimedia, and real-world case studies to engage students effectively.
- Integrate current events and real-world examples to make lessons more relatable and interesting.
- Ensure that lessons are designed to develop students’ analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a conducive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and respectful interaction.
- Maintain discipline in the classroom while fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to keep students engaged and on task.
- **Assessments and Student Evaluation**:

- Prepare and administer regular quizzes, assignments, projects, and examinations to assess student learning and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and exams to help students understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Track student performance and maintain accurate records of their academic progress.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions to assist struggling students and provide additional learning resources.
- **Subject Expertise and Knowledge Development**:

- Stay updated on developments in the field of Social Science by engaging in professional development activities, reading, and attending relevant workshops or conferences.
- Use a variety of resources to deepen students' understanding, including textbooks, journals, documentaries, and online resources.
- Encourage independent learning and research by guiding students to use libraries, digital resources, and other tools effectively.
- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Assist students in improving study techniques and time management.
- Address students’ personal, academic, and social concerns, and refer them to counselors when necessary.
- **Extracurricular Activities and Events**:

- Participate in school events such as debates, quiz competitions, exhibitions, and field trips to enhance students’ learning experience outside the classroom.
- Organize and facilitate academic competitions like Model United Nations (MUN) or social science-related seminars.
- Encourage students to explore social science-related extracurricular activities to broaden their knowledge.
- **Parent and Staff Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with parents through parent-teacher meetings and progress reports, sharing updates on their child’s academic performance and overall development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate cross-curricular lessons and share best practices.
- Attend faculty meetings and contribute to the overall academic development of the institution.
- **Adherence to School Policies**:

- Follow school policies and educational guidelines in delivering lessons, conducting assessments, and managing the classroom.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with school rules and regulations.
- Promote ethical standards and academic integrity.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
