Preschool Teacher

The Montessori method encourages children to learn by doing, using education as a tool. We’re looking for a Preschool Montessori Teacher to join our team We are looking for a preschool teacher who is passionate about Montessori education and who is able to provide a nurturing and supportive environment for our students.

**Preschool Teacher Responsibilities and Requirements**
- Implement the curriculum and Montessori philosophy
- Prior work experience as a Preschool Teacher or a similar role.
- Patience and ability to manage various responsibilities as a Preschool Teacher.
- Ability and interest to take care of preschool children with utmost love, care and affection.
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
- Observing and guiding children with their learning needs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities
- Gathering resource materials and developing lesson plans.
- Creating and maintain a safe, clean and positive learning environment for the children.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree.
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
- Willingness to do all other duties and responsibilities that are expected of a preschool teacher by the preschool management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
