**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Delivery**:

- Develop and deliver lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet educational standards.
- Plan and execute creative, engaging lessons to enhance student understanding of English literature, language, and advanced writing skills.
- Incorporate a range of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, interactive activities, and multimedia resources.
- **Student Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Prepare, administer, and grade exams, essays, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to help students improve their language skills.
- Maintain accurate records of students’ performance and report progress to parents/guardians as required.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, setting clear expectations and implementing discipline as per the school's policies.
- Address individual student needs, offering additional support or resources when necessary.
- **Skill Development**:

- Focus on improving students’ proficiency in critical thinking, literary analysis, and advanced writing skills.
- Encourage students to explore and interpret a range of literary genres, including poetry, novels, essays, and plays.
- Help students develop effective study habits, time management, and research skills.
- **Extracurricular Engagement**:

- Support and participate in school-wide activities, events, and English-related clubs or competitions.
- Provide mentorship or coaching for students participating in debates, literary contests, or other language-oriented extracurricular activities.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in English education and curriculum development.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and faculty meetings to enhance teaching skills and share knowledge with colleagues.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
