**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and the guidelines of the education board (e.g., CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Develop lesson plans that incorporate reading, writing, speaking, and critical analysis of texts, including classic and contemporary literature.
- Prepare students for board exams by covering the syllabus effectively and providing additional practice through mock tests and revision sessions.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Implement classroom rules and disciplinary measures to maintain an orderly and respectful environment.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' academic progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and support students in areas of difficulty to ensure continuous improvement.
- **Student Guidance**:

- Mentor and support students in developing strong reading and writing skills.
- Identify and address individual learning needs and offer remedial instruction when necessary.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with developments in English literature, language teaching methodologies, and exam board updates.
- Participate in staff meetings, training workshops, and professional development programs.
- **Parent-Teacher Communication**:

- Regularly communicate with parents/guardians regarding students’ academic performance and behavior.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
