Key Responsibilities:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the curriculum guidelines for English.
- Teach reading, writing, speaking, listening, and basic grammar concepts to young students.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, games, songs, storytelling, and multimedia resources, to keep students engaged.
- Plan and organize lessons that cater to the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
- Encourage students to read age-appropriate books and develop their comprehension and vocabulary skills.
- **Language Skill Development**:

- Focus on developing the four core language skills in students: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Teach phonics, pronunciation, and sentence structure, helping students build a strong foundation in English.
- Introduce students to new vocabulary, idiomatic expressions, and grammar concepts in a fun and understandable way.
- Foster reading skills by guiding students through reading exercises, stories, and comprehension questions.
- Encourage creative writing and composition to develop students' written expression.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and respectful classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline while allowing students to learn comfortably.
- Set clear expectations for behavior and academic performance and ensure students adhere to them.
- Promote cooperative learning through group activities and projects, enhancing social and communication skills.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess students’ language skills through quizzes, tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language abilities and correct any mistakes.
- Track individual progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to meet the learning needs of each student.
- Communicate student progress and areas for improvement with parents during parent-teacher meetings.
- **Classroom Activities and Engagement**:

- Plan and conduct activities that encourage students to practice English in fun and engaging ways (e.g., role-playing, storytelling, songs, and drama).
- Organize creative projects, such as posters, presentations, and group activities, that integrate language skills and promote teamwork.
- Encourage reading through activities like library visits, storytelling sessions, and book-related discussions.
- Use educational games and technology tools to make learning interactive and enjoyable.
- **Support and Individual Attention**:

- Provide additional support to students who may be struggling with English language skills, offering one-on-one assistance as needed.
- Differentiate instruction to accommodate the diverse learning abilities of students, including those with special educational needs or language barriers.
- Encourage shy or reluctant students to participate in class activities and build their confidence in speaking English.
- **Collaboration with Parents and School Staff**:

- Communicate with parents regularly about their child’s progress, strengths, and areas needing improvement.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and collaborate with parents to support students' language development at home.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching methods, language learning strategies, and educational tools.
- Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to improve teaching skills and stay current with best practices.
- Incorporate new ideas and materials into lessons to enhance students’ learning experiences.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
