Key Responsibilities:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging Hindi language lessons based on the school’s curriculum.
- Teach reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Hindi, focusing on foundational language skills.
- Introduce students to basic Hindi grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation.
- Use interactive teaching methods such as storytelling, games, and songs to make learning Hindi enjoyable.
- Develop creative lesson plans that align with students' learning abilities and interests.
- **Language Skill Development**:

- Help students improve their speaking skills through practice, storytelling, and dialogues.
- Foster reading comprehension and fluency in Hindi by using age-appropriate texts, books, and rhymes.
- Encourage writing skills by assigning simple writing tasks like essays, letters, and creative compositions in Hindi.
- Promote listening skills by incorporating Hindi audio-visual materials, such as stories and songs.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive, engaging, and respectful classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure students are focused and engaged during lessons.
- Set clear expectations for classroom conduct and academic performance.
- Foster a classroom atmosphere where students feel confident in speaking Hindi.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Regularly assess student progress through tests, quizzes, assignments, oral exams, and class participation.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their Hindi language skills.
- Maintain records of students’ academic performance and monitor their progress throughout the academic year.
- Communicate with parents regarding student performance and development in Hindi.
- **Curriculum Integration**:

- Follow the school’s curriculum for Hindi and collaborate with other teachers to ensure a holistic approach to student learning.
- Introduce students to basic Hindi literature, including simple stories, poems, and fables that promote cultural understanding.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify students who may require additional help in Hindi and provide extra support as needed.
- Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs and learning abilities of students.
- Provide remedial instruction for students who are struggling and offer enrichment activities for advanced learners.
- **Promoting Cultural Awareness**:

- Introduce students to various aspects of Indian culture through the medium of Hindi.
- Organize events like Hindi language day, poetry recitation, and cultural programs to enhance students' interest in the language.
- Encourage students to participate in Hindi-related extracurricular activities, such as debates, poetry recitals, and drama performances.
- **Classroom Resource Management**:

- Prepare and organize teaching materials such as books, worksheets, flashcards, and digital resources.
- Utilize educational technology (e.g., audio-visual aids, language learning apps) to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure the classroom is well-equipped with the necessary resources for teaching Hindi effectively.
- **Parent and School Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents about students' progress in Hindi and other language-related activities.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings to provide feedback and discuss student progress.
- Participate in school events, teacher training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
