**Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching English**:

- Teach English literature and language to senior secondary students (Classes 11 and 12).
- Cover topics including prose, poetry, drama, grammar, and writing skills as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Facilitate discussions on literary themes, authors' perspectives, and critical analysis.
- **Lesson Planning**:

- Develop structured lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum guidelines (CBSE, ICSE, or state board).
- Design activities that promote creativity, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Prepare assignments, projects, and examinations to evaluate students’ learning and understanding.
- Provide constructive feedback to help students enhance their writing and analytical skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a conducive and disciplined classroom environment.
- Encourage open dialogue, critical thinking, and active participation in discussions.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Update teaching materials and methods to reflect modern literature and teaching practices.
- Incorporate innovative approaches such as multimedia presentations, group activities, and storytelling.
- **Student Guidance**:

- Mentor students in improving their language skills and developing an appreciation for literature.
- Offer guidance for academic challenges, including board exam preparation and competitive exams.
- **Extra-Curricular Engagement**:

- Organize and participate in school activities such as debates, elocution competitions, literary clubs, and drama productions.
- Encourage students’ participation in regional or national-level language and literature competitions.
- **Professional Development**:
