CRM Chat Support Representative

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused **Chat Process Executive** to join our **CRM team** at Chemmnur International Holidays & Resort Ltd, Thrissur. The role involves managing real-time customer interactions via chat, providing prompt support, addressing queries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in line with our brand standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound customer queries via chat and respond promptly with accurate information.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Provide detailed product/service information to potential customers.
- Follow up on leads generated via website or social media platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets related to response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in improving CRM chat scripts and process flows.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in chat process or customer support (preferred in hospitality/travel industry).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
