We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Support Representative to join our team and support our new venture into the tea industry. As a Customer Care Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional support and assistance to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about our tea products, including ingredients, brewing methods, and pricing.
- Assist customers in placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company to ensure efficient resolution of issues.
- Educate customers about the unique qualities and benefits of our tea brand to promote customer engagement and loyalty.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new tea releases, promotions, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to gather customer feedback and insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools to manage customer interactions and inquiries.
- A passion for tea and a willingness to learn about different tea varieties, flavors, and brewing techniques.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs.
