**Title: Sales Representative**

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales deals. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

2. Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

7. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to management.

8. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

9. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

10. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

7. Willingness to travel as needed.

8. Positive attitude and a passion for sales and customer service.
