As a Sales Representative at Studio Andem, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the interior and architecture industry. You will leverage your expertise to understand client needs, present our services, and close deals that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the international market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our services and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategy and relationship management.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the interior design or architecture industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of design principles and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
