- Assisting in the development of sales strategies based on customer trends and behaviors.
- Ensuring smooth integration of CRM tools with other sales tools.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:
- Generating reports on customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales metrics.
- Using data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Presenting findings to management and suggesting actionable insights.
- **CRM System Management**:
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system.
