We are looking for a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our **Thrissur** team as a **Customer Service Executive**. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students and parents, assisting them with their initial queries regarding international education opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about various international courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families by offering excellent customer support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective students.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
