We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle customer interactions, support branch operations, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic knowledge of financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers with loan and investment services.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products.
  • Process gold loan applications, renewals, and closures.
  • Maintain customer records, KYC documents, and loan files accurately.
  • Support daily branch operations and coordinate with the Branch Manager.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure audit compliance.
  • Follow up with customers for payments, renewals, and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate .
  • 1–3 years of experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan sector preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
  • Ability to work with targets and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
