**Role Objective**:
To establish and maintain strong relationships with customers while promoting and marketing financial products such as gold loans, contributions, insurance, and other related services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build strong and lasting relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Marketing Financial Products**:

- Promote and market financial products such as gold loans, contributions, and insurance.
- Educate customers about the benefits and features of the products.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed sales and marketing targets set by the organization.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying new business opportunities.
- **Customer Support**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- **Market Research**:

- Gather insights on customer preferences and market trends.
- Recommend product or service improvements based on customer feedback.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
