**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive at Lyra Beauty Pvt Ltd. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to client relations and customer satisfaction. They will be expected to provide excellent customer service, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients

Experience in client relations and customer service

Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction and address customer needs effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience in the beauty industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
