**Position Overview**: As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, ensuring that our clients have a positive and seamless experience. This entry-level position offers excellent training and growth opportunities for recent graduates eager to start their careers in customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
- Identify customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
