**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Identify and escalate issues, trends, or opportunities to the appropriate departments.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay informed about product updates and company policies.
- Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
