The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. This role involves handling client inquiries, resolving issues, providing product/service information, and supporting sales and retention efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, operations) to improve customer experience.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
- Identify new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Provide insights to help improve products, services, and customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or client relationship roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years in a customer-facing role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
