**Job Title**: Customer Relation Executive

**Location**: Kochi, Kerala
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed product information to customers, highlighting features and benefits.
- Process and pack orders received through online platforms and direct channels, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the management team for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in the health care or wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and their benefits.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Customer relationship management: 1 year (preferred)
- Computer skills: 1 year (preferred)

- 25% (preferred)
