**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. As a key member of the customer service department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing personalized assistance and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of RoadMate's navigation products and services. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to enhance their overall experience.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and service enhancement.
- Learning and Growth: Stay updated on industry trends, customer service best practices, and company services to continually enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information about company services.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in the technology or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Please note that this job does not involve daily targets or goals, providing you with a free work culture environment.
- Compulsory to have a laptop
