**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support customers with product exchanges, returns, and service-related issues after purchase.
- Engage and convert leads generated through store visits, website, and campaigns.
- Maintain and update accurate customer data (contact details, preferences, source, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms like Google and social media within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of service requests.
- Assist in customer engagement campaigns and feedback collection to improve satisfaction scores.
- Generate simple weekly/monthly reports on lead conversions, customer feedback, and response time.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for retail or service industry experience).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, and digital communication platforms.
- Interest in sports or fitness field is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
