**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹18,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Customer Relations Executive** to join our team in Ernakulam. As a key member of the customer service department, you will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and our valued clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Assist in the management of customer accounts and maintain updated records.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Ensure customer feedback is documented and shared with the relevant departments.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Meet and exceed service quality standards and performance goals.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult customer situations.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
- Fluency in multiple languages (local languages like Malayalam preferred).

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position.
- Monday to Saturday working (off on Sundays).
- Office located in Ernakulam.
