Customer Relation Executive

Our team is dedicated to understanding the needs of our customers and delivering innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relations Executive to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain detailed and updated customer records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management as needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
- Assist in developing customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer relations or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
