**Reports To**: Sales Manager / Customer Relations Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **existing and new customers**.
- Handle **customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests** promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the **sales and operations team** to ensure timely order processing and deliveries.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance **customer satisfaction**.
- Maintain accurate **customer records and sales reports**.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding **orders, payments, and service updates**.
- Identify opportunities for **upselling and cross-selling** food products to increase revenue.
- Stay updated with **market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences**.
- Assist in planning and executing **customer engagement activities** and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree or Diploma in **Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field**.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in **customer relations, sales, or business development** in the **food supply or FMCG sector**.
- Strong **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to handle **customer complaints and resolve issues professionally**.
- Knowledge of **food supply chain, logistics, and order management** is an advantage.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM software**.
- Ability to work under pressure and **meet deadlines**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **B2B and B2C customer handling** in the food industry.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams for **better customer service**.
- Strong **negotiation and problem-solving skills**.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
