**The Role**

We are searching for a passionate and articulate Customer Relationship Executive to join our growing team In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience at every touchpoint. You'll build strong relationships with customers, address their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, and play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently, exceeding expectations whenever possible.
- Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions or additional services.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for future reference.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding customer service interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for customer service

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
