**Responsibilities**:

- **Optimize hotel and resort bookings through OTA channels.**:

- **Manage rates, inventory, and promotions for maximum revenue.**:

- **Forecast demand, analyze competitors, and align strategies with business goals.**:

- **Cultivate strong OTA partnerships and negotiate favorable terms.**:

- **Provide regular data-driven reports and recommendations.**:

- **Conduct regular review management to enhance online reputation.**:

- **Perform market rates analysis and implement necessary rate upgrades.**:

- **Hands-on experience with at least one channel manager, Property Management System (PMS), and booking engine.**:

- **Maintain the rates calendar through professional discussions with property owners.**:

- **Drafting mails of booking confirmations to property owners as well as customers in a very professional way.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.**:

- **Proven revenue management experience in hospitality, with a focus on OTA optimization.**:

- **Strong analytical and negotiation skills.**:

- **Familiarity with revenue management systems and OTA platforms.**:

- **Hands-on experience with channel managers, PMS, and booking engines.**:

- **Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
