Front Office Associate - Hospitality (Hotels & Resorts)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications in the hotel management system.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requirements.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety procedures.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in a front office or customer service role in hospitality.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
