**About the Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-oriented **Front Office Associate** to join our dynamic team for the **pre-opening of our premium resort**. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the core team that shapes unforgettable guest experiences right from day one.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Manage reservations and room assignments using PMS (Property Management System).
- Address guest queries and resolve complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Support the front office team with administrative tasks as required.
**Key Requirements**:
- 2-3 years of experience in front office operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Prior experience in resort/hotel pre-opening will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of PMS software like Opera, IDS, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
