Job Description: Revenue & Reservations Manager – Hotels & Resorts

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Revenue & Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations team and ensure efficient booking operations for our hotel/resort. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in managing a high-volume reservations system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the reservations team to ensure smooth booking processes.
  • Oversee daily operations, including processing room bookings, group reservations, and cancellations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor and manage online booking platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Train and mentor the reservations team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to manage promotions and packages.
  • Prepare regular reports on booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in hotel/resort reservations management.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹47,974.63 per month
