**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Reservations & Guest Handling**:

- Provide detailed information about room rates, packages, and resort amenities.
- Ensure accurate entry of reservation details in the booking system.

**Customer Service & Relationship Management**:

- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
- Handle special requests, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B) to ensure a smooth guest experience.

**Revenue & Sales Optimization**:

- Upsell resort packages, upgrades, and special promotions to maximize revenue.
- Monitor booking trends and adjust availability to optimize occupancy.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to promote seasonal offers.

**System & Report Management**:

- Maintain and update the reservation system with accurate guest details.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly booking reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and guest data privacy.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum [X] years in hotel/resort reservations, travel agencies, or customer service.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel reservation software (e.g., Opera, IDS, or similar).
- Ability to multitask and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Sales-oriented mindset for upselling and maximizing bookings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online booking platforms.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Fluency in multiple languages (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
