- Maximum 5 years of Experience as Booking Executive in Resort
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

**PROFILE INTRODUCTION:

As a Booking Executive in a resort, your primary responsibility is to manage and facilitate the reservation process to ensure a seamless and positive experience for guests.

**RESPONSIBITITIES:

- **Customer Service Excellence**:Provide prompt and professional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- **Collaboration with Departments**:Coordinate with various departments for the seamless fulfillment of guest requests.
- **Sales and Upselling**:Promote additional services and amenities to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue.
- **Record Keeping**:Maintain organized records of reservations, cancellations, and guest interactions.
- **Problem Resolution**:Address and resolve guest concerns related to reservations promptly and collaboratively.
- **Training and Development**:Stay updated on industry trends, resort offerings, and customer service best practices.
- **Communication Skills**:Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and internal teams.

**REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of the resort's facilities, services, and policies.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
