**Responsibilities:

**Reservations Management**:Assist guests in making room, restaurant, spa, and activity reservations.
Accurately input and update reservation details in the property management system.
Ensure that all reservations are handled promptly and accurately.

Address guest concerns, requests, and special requirements in a professional and courteous manner.

**Sales and Upselling**:Promote special packages, discounts, and upsell additional services or amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Maximize revenue by effectively cross-selling and promoting resort offerings.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
Generate reports related to reservations and occupancy for management analysis.

**Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments, such as Front Desk, Sales, and Marketing, to ensure a coordinated and guest-centric approach.
Work closely with the Front Desk to ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.

**Customer Satisfaction**:Strive to exceed guest expectations by providing excellent customer service at every interaction.
Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and find appropriate resolutions.
