**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to, guest inquiries, reservations, and record-keeping.
- **Staff Coordination**: Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation among staff members.
- **Guest Services**: Oversee guest services to guarantee an exceptional experience, addressing concerns promptly and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Event Coordination**: Manage and facilitate events and special functions, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure successful execution.
- **Financial Management**: Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize resort profitability.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and resort policies.
- **Vendor Relations**: Liaise with external vendors to secure services and supplies, negotiating contracts to optimize value for the resort.

- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities efficiently.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and quickly respond to changing priorities.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrate leadership qualities, motivating and guiding the resort team towards common goals.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
