**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase resort bookings and revenue.
- Actively promote resort amenities, packages, and special offers to guests.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Conduct tours of the resort facilities for potential guests and assist in closing sales.
- **Administrative**:

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
