- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in CRM software

**Profile introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative for our prestigious resort You'll be an integral part of our sales force, promoting and selling our resort services and packages to prospective clients. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll utilize your excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of our resort.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our resort's amenities, packages, and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
