**Job Title**: Reservations Executive
**Department**: Reservations / Front Office

**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: Reservations Manager / Front Office Manager
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, pricing, packages, and promotions.
- Manage reservations via property management systems (PMS) and online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and update guest profiles.
- Coordinate with the front office and sales teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals.
- Upsell rooms and packages to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Confirm reservations, send booking details, and follow up on payments and special requests.
- Maintain good relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and OTA partners.
- Prepare daily reservation reports and occupancy forecasts.
- Address guest queries and resolve reservation issues professionally and promptly.
**Key Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel/resort reservations or front office operations.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, IDS, eZee, Cloudbeds).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good sales skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
